First and foremost, this chat room is mine. There are no hard and fast rules. I run the chat room as a complete and total dictatorship, except when I delegate power to others in my name. The current lesser moderators are Zombie-Lisa, JeffWagg, and Terry. The only general rule I can say is that if you don't make a prick out of yourself, you'll do fairly well in the chat room.
